Do you have a favorite memory, lesson, or class project from Stagecraft?

My favorite class project from this CTE course would have to be the lighting project we do at the end of the year. As a group, we come up with a theme for our project, we then create the lighting plot, find the perfect music, hang the lights, and then we program the whole show on our own. This is my favorite project because it allows us to be creative and also helps further improve our ability to program lights. It is also a very hands-on project where we get closer and get to know our peers better.

Why did you decide to take Stagecraft?

I took Stagecraft because I have always been interested in the technical aspect of a production or show. As an audience, we only see what is on stage but we never see the people backstage working hard to make sure the show goes perfectly.
