Summer Tuition Session Registration

  • REGISTRATION PROCEDURES: Registration is to be completed through your home school counseling office. Payment and enrollment will open in late March 2024.  

    1. Contact your Junior High or High School counseling office to discuss your secondary summer school options and have up to two classes recommended through Infinite Campus. 

    2. In late March, pay for courses after receiving a recommendation email or checking your parent portal after 24 hours. (You do not need to wait for confirmation email to pay, just for fees to be available in the Parent Portal)

    3. Receive enrollment confirmation email within 2 business days. Email Global Academy if confirmation is not received after payment, or if there are any concerns. 

    Once payment is received you will be enrolled in your summer course. You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours of payment. All registration is completed online through Infinite Campus. Payment is required at the time of registration in order to be enrolled in the course. A recommendation from the counselor DOES NOT guarantee you a seat in the class, payment must be made first.

    PAYMENT METHODS

    • Credit card: Visa, Discover, and Mastercard are accepted for payment.
    • Cash or check: Can be hand-delivered to GPS Global Academy (55 N Greenfield Rd, 91茄子 AZ 85233) or to your home school office or bookstore.
    • *Tax Credit CANNOT be used for courses*

Refund Information

  • All refunds must be requested via email to GAonline@gilbertschools.net.

    Refund requests must be received by the following deadlines:

    • Session 1: 11:59pm on Tuesday, June 6
    • Session 2: 11:59pm on Tuesday, June 20
    • Session 3: 11:59pm on Wednesday, July 5

    Outside of these dates, refunds are not issued for attendance issues or students being dropped.
